What you will be doing as a Community Association Manager
~ Manage/perform daily tasks associated with management services
~ Review/ understand the contractual obligations of the management/accounting services
~ Attend all Board meetings as required
~ Establish a working calendar for all projects, walk through, packet preparation time, and minute preparation time and staff meetings.
~ Ensure all association policies are followed, that policies are in accordance with company policies and that the Boards are familiar with our procedures.
~ Follow through on purchasing items accurately per board requests; see that invoices submitted are paid.
